1. Competition Organiser
The competition is organised by Sodii Pty Ltd (ABN: [41670831884]) (the "Company"), located at Unit 8, 4 Iris Street, Melrose Park 5039
2. Competition Duration
The competition will run from 13/03/2026 12:01am ACDT to 10/04/2026 12:01am ACDT. Entries received outside of this period will not count as valid entries to the competition.
3. Entry Requirements
a. The competition is open to all residents of Australia.
b. The competition is not open to anyone outside of Australia.
c. Employees, contractors, or agents of Sodii Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the competition.
d. Entrants must comply with all rules as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
e. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
a. Enter details into the form located at https://sodii.com.au/pages/eight-sleep-giveaway - this form will be live upon competition start time.
b. By entering the competition, you warrant that you meet the entry requirements and accept the terms and conditions contained in this document.
c. Entries must be submitted by the closing date and time mentioned in the competition details.
5. Prize Details
The total prize value is approximately $20,575 (retail value) consisting of:
Major Prize (2 winners): 1 x Eight Sleep Bundle, 1 x Oura Ring (Sizing and delivery included, ring selections may vary) 1 x One-year supply of Sodii Hydration "Everyday Hydration Salts” (Includes 30 sachets per month, flavour chosen at Sodii PTY LTD discretion and delivery fees) Major Prized Valued at $6,225 per winner (retail value)
Secondary Prize (5 winners): 1 x Oura Ring (Sizing and delivery included, ring selections may vary) 1 x One-year supply of Sodii Hydration "Everyday Hydration Salts” (Includes 30 sachets per month, flavour chosen at Sodii PTY LTD discretion and delivery fees) Secondary Prize Valued at $1,425 per winner (retail value)
Third Prize (10 winners): 1 x $100 Gift Card to be used only on sodii.com.au (Not redeemable for cash or any other prize)
You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sodii Pty Ltd to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Liability for Installation, Maintenance, and Damage of the Prize
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that Sodii Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any installation, maintenance, or future damages related to the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs or issues arising from the installation or setup of the prize, its ongoing maintenance, and any damage to the prize during delivery or after it has been delivered. The
winner, alongside Solace Saunas, is solely responsible for ensuring that the prize is installed, maintained, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Sodii PTY LTD does not provide any warranty or guarantee for the prize beyond its delivery and will not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or direct damages associated with the prize.
7. Odds: Every entry has a chance of winning however final odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of draw.
8. Winner Selection
a. Seventeen (17) winners will be selected.
b. The winners will be selected randomly using an electronic draw system.
c. The winners will be drawn on 10/04/2026 at 11:00am Australian Central Daylight Time
d. The winners will be drawn at Sodii, Unit 8, 4 Iris Street, Melrose Park 5039
9. Prize Claim
a. The winners will have 14 days to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, a redraw will take place (See section 10)
b. To claim, the winners must respond with required information including proof of age and delivery details via email within 14 days.
c. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
10. Prize Notification
a. The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw.
b. The winners details including last name, first initial and postcode will be posted publicly on sodii.com.au and instagram.com/sodii.hydration within 30 days of the draw.
11. Unclaimed Prize Draw
a. If unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 24/04/2026 at 11:00am Australian Central Daylight Time at Sodii, Unit 8, 4 Iris Street, Melrose Park 5039
b. The unclaimed prize winner (if applicable) will be selected randomly using an electronic draw system.
c. To claim, the unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) must respond with required information including proof of age and delivery details via email within 7 days. d. The unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
12. Unclaimed Prize Notification
a. The unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) will be notified via email within 24 hours of the redraw.
b. The unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) details including last name, first initial and postcode will be posted publicly on sodii.com.au and instagram.com/sodii.hydration within 30 days of the draw.
13. Publicity
By entering the competition, the winners consents to Sodii Pty Ltd using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.
14. Liability
Sodii Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this competition or the use of the prize.The prize it so be used at the winners risk.
15. Privacy
Sodii Pty Ltd will collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, found here: https://sodii.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
16. General Terms
a. Sodii Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, subject to the approval of any relevant authority, if necessary.
b. If, for any reason (in our opinion, which is final), we are not able to run the competition as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, security breach or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, we may, in our sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any applicable legislation.
c. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond our control, we may, subject to applicable legislation, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
d. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms, Eight Sleep or Oura.
e. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
